1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That route
thirty-one of the State highway system, extending from its intersection
with route thirty-five near Courtland, in a general northeastern direc-
tion to York river, near Williamsburg, be, and the same is hereby,
named and designated as “The Rolfe highway,” and the State Highway
