i. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That an act
entitled an act to authorize the appointment of an assistant attorney
for the Commcnwealth for Roanoke county: to prescribe his powers
and duties, and to provide for his compensation, approved March
ninth, nineteen hundred and thirty-two, be, and the same is hereby, re-
pealed.
