to prescribe the fees to be paid the coroner of the city of Portsmouth for

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That an act
approved March twenty-fourth, nineteen hundred and thirty-two, en-
titled an act to prescribe the fees to be paid the coroner of the city of
Portsmouth for certain services, be, and the same is hereby, repealed.

2. An emergency existing, this act shall be in force from its passage.
