Chap. 17.—An ACT to repeal an act entitled an act to provide a police commis-
sion for Norfolk county, to appoint and have supervision and control of the
police force in said county; to prescribe the powers, duties and compensation
of such commission and of such police force, and of the members of each;
and to repeal chapter 404 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1922, ap-
proved March 24, 1922, and all amendments thereof, approved March 29, 1932.

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That an act
entitled an act to provide a police commission for Norfolk county, to
appoint and have supervision and control of the police force in said
county ; to prescribe the powers, duties and compensation of such com-
mission and of such police force, and of the members of each; and to
repeal chapter four hundred and four of the Acts of the General As-
sembly of nineteen hundred and twenty-two, approved March twenty-
fourth, nineteen hundred and twenty-two, and all amendments thereof,
approved March twenty-ninth, nineteen hundred and thirty-two, be, and
the same is hereby, repealed.
