Chap. 165.—An ACT making it unlawful for any person to go upon or remain
upon the lands or premises of another, except for certain purposes, after having
been forbidden to do so by the owner or other person in possession or in
charge thereof, and prescribing penalties. [S B 50]

I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That if any
person shall without authority of law go upon or remain upon the lands
or premises of another, after having been forbidden to do so by the
owner, lessee, custodian or other person lawfully in charge or possession
of such land, he shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon
conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than twenty-
five dollars.
2. This act shall not be construed to affect in any way the provisions
of section forty-nine of the Game, Inland Fish and Dog Code of Vir-
ginia.
