Chap. 158.—An ACT to repeal an act entitled an act to authorize the board of
supervisors of Dickenson county to levy additional taxes for the benefit of the
public schools in said county, the several magisterial districts and incorporated
towns therein, and authorizing the school board to borrow money for said
purposes, approved March 21, 1928, and all acts amendatory thereof.

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That an act
entitled an act to authorize the board of supervisors of Dickenson
county to levy additional taxes for the benefit of the public schools in
said county, the several magisterial districts and incorporated towns
therein, and authorizing the school board to borrow money for said
purposes, approved March twenty-first, nineteen hundred and twenty-
eight, and all acts amendatory, thereof, be, and the same are hereby re-
pealed.

2. An emergency existing, this act shall be in force from its passage.
