Chap. 125.—An ACT to authorize and empower the board of supervisors of Orange
county to transfer certain road bond sinking funds of the Madison district of
said county to the school board sinking fund of said district, for use in paying
school bonds of said district. [H B 107]

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the
board of supervisors of Orange county be, and it is hefeby, authorized
and empowered to transfer to the school bond sinking fund of Madison
district of said county, any surplus of funds arising from special
levies made for the creation of a sinking fund for the payment of the
road bonds of said district, after making provision for the payment
of such road bonds, the amount, or amounts, so transferred, to be
used for the payment of school bonds of the said Madison district,
as the board of supervisors and the county school board of said county
may direct.
