1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That. it shall
be lawful for any person to. shoot suckers, redhorse-and carp in the
in the waters of Powell’s river and its tributaries, in the county of
Lee, by daylight, during the months of August and September in any
year, anything in any other act, to the contrary notwithstanding.
