1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the su-
perintendent of grounds and buildings shall, when he shall deem it
practicable provide in the State office building, quarters for all or-
ganizations composed entirely of world war veterans, having an an-
nual membership in Virginia of ten thousand or more, upon the appli-
cation of the department commander thereof.
2. Such quarters shall consist of two contiguous rooms which shall
be for the exclusive use of the State or department headquarters of
such organizations. The membership referred to herein shall be as
shown at the last annual meeting or convention of each of such or-
ganizations previous to the application required.
3. Until such time as such space may be provided in the State
office building, the governor may permit the use of such room or
rooms in the capitol building as have not been specifically otherwise
assigned.
