Chap. 95.—An ACT Providing Compensation for the Clerk of the Hustings
Court of the City of Richmond for Services Rendered to the Common-
wealth,
Approved March 4, 1871.
1, Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the clerk of the hustings court of the city of Riehmond be
allowed the sum of one thousand dollars for public services
rendered to the commonwealth, payable monthly, out of the
public treasury, out of any money not otherwise appropriated.
2, This act shall be in force from its passage.
