Chap. 311.-An ACT to repeal an act entitled an act to require the placing of
labels showing date of shipment, quantity, and payment of tax on all containers
in which scallops are shipped; to fix the price of such labels; to direct the
application of the funds derived from sale of such labels; and prescribing
penalties, which became a law without the signature of the governor March

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an act
entitled an act to require the placing of labels showing date of ship-
ment, quantity, and payment of tax on all containers in which scallops
are shipped; to fix the price of such labels; to direct the application of
the funds derived from sale of such labels; and prescribing penalties,
which became a law without the signature of the governor March
fourth, nineteen hundred and thirty, be, and the same is hereby,
repealed.
