Chap. 89.—An ACT to Repeal Chapter 15 of the Acts of 1865-’66, in Re-
gard to Contracts for Labor Between White and Colored Persons, &c.

Approved March 4, 1871.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That chapter fif-
teen of the Acts of eighteen hundred and sixty-five and sixty-
six, entitled an act to regulate contracts for labor between
white and colored persons, and to impose a fine on persons
enticing laborers from the service of their employers, under
such contracts, be and the same is hereby repealed. _

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
