corporation courts in cities where the office of clerk of said courts is held by
the same person to act as commissioner of accounts for either of said courts, in

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That in all
cities where the office of the clerk of the corporation court and the
clerk of the circuit court is held by the same person, commissioners
of accounts for either the circuit court or the corporation court of
said city shall be authorized to act as commissioner of accounts for
either court in the matter of supervision of fiduciaries and in making
all ex parte settlements of fiduciary accounts for all fiduciaries who
have heretofore been or may hereafter be admitted to qualify in the
clerk’s office of said city, regardless of whether they be qualified
by said clerk as clerk of the circuit court or as clerk of the corpor-
ation court.
