1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an act
entitled “an act to authorize and direct the board of. supervisors of
every county which alone constitutes a judicial circuit and which ad-
joins a city containing more than one hundred thousand inhabitants
to fix the salary of the probation officer of the juvénile and domes-
tic relations court of such county,” approved March twenty-fourth,
nineteen hundred and twenty-six, be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
