1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an act
entitled “an act for the protection of foxes in the county of Halifax,”
approved March twenty-first, nineteen hundred and twenty-eight, and
an act entitled “an act for the protection of all fur bearing animals
in the county of Halifax,” approved March twenty-first, nineteen hun-
dred and twenty-eight, be, and they are hereby repealed.
