ton and Ohio and Blue Ridge Railroads.

‘Agreed to December 21, 1870.

Resolved (the house of delegates concurring), That the
board of public works be requested to report to the general
assembly what action has been taken by them, under the act
of March thirtieth, eighteen hundred and seventy, in relation
to claims for work on the Covington and Ohio and Blue Ridge
railroads, and that they report what claims, if any, they have
allowed. |
