Chap. 33.—An ACT in Relation to Fiduciaries.
Approved January 14, 1871.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That when any
fiduciary account is settled in a chancery cause, it shall be the
duty of the clerk of the court in which said cause is, as soon
as may be after a final decree has been rendered therein, to
certify for record to the clerk of the court wherein such fidu-
elary qualified, that the account of such fiduciary has been set-
tled in such suit, giving the style of suit, and the date of the
final decree rendered in such suit.
2. For giving such. certificate, the clerk so giving it shall
have a fee of fifty cents; and the clerk of the court wherein
such certificate is recorded, shall be entitled to a like fee of
fifty cents for recording the same, chargeable to the fiduciary.
3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
