Chap. 293.—An ACT Authorizing the Payment of a Sum of Money to Al-
bert H. Gibboney, Legal Representative of Hamilton R. Bogle, Late She-
riff of Tazewell County.

Approved March 31, 1871.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the auditor
of public accounts be and he is hereby required to issue his
warrant on the treasury, payable out of any money therein not
otherwise appropriated, in favor of Albert H. Gibboney, or
other legal representative of Hamilton R. Bogle, late sheriff
of Tazewell county, for the sum of two hundred dollars, that
being the assessed value of one mule, which was killed while
said Bogle was in discharge of his official duty.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
