Chap. 263.—An ACT Making an Appropriation for Renewal of Sky Lights
on Roof of Capitol and the Repainting of the Roof, Interior of Vesti-
bules, Rotunda and Dome of Same.

Approved March 29, 1871.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the superin-
tendent of public buildings is hereby instructed and empowered
to contract for the renewal of the sky lights upon the roof of
the capitol, also to repaint the roof, the interior of the vesti-
bules, rotunda and dome of the same, the amount not to exceed
the sum of one thousand and eighty-seven dollars, to be drawn
from the treasury upon the order of the superintendent of
public buildings, approved by the governor, in favor of the
contractors.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
