Chap. 414.—An ACT to prohibit any person from shooting from any duck blind
belonging to another, in the waters of Middlesex county; limiting the number
of duck blinds to be built by any person, and prescribing penalties for

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That it shall
be unlawful for any person, without the written consent of the owner,
unless he is accompanied by the owner, to shoot from any duck blind
belonging to another, in the waters within the jurisdiction of the county
of Middlesex.
2. No person, firm or corporation shall own in the waters of Mid-
dlesex county more than three duck blinds.
3. Any person violating the provisions of this act shall be guilty of
a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than
ten dollars nor more than five hundred dollars.
