"Xr enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section
Jy ouxs ot chapter four hundred and seven of the acts of the general
—«. Sv ot Virgima of nineteen hundred and twenty-four, in relation
-sxiwanng liquors, be amended and re-enacted so as to read
Section 14. Giving or selling ardent spirits to a minor or selling
ardent spirits to a student on the campus or school grounds of any of
the schools or educational institutions of this State, or the employment
or use of such minor or student in the selling or transportation of such
ardent spirits, or the giving except by a physician or at the direction
of a physician or selling of ardent spirits to patients in any State
hospital, or to patients under the supervision and control of such
hospitals, whether on furlough or otherwise, or the employment or use
of such patient in the selling or transportation of such ardent spirits,
is hereby declared to be a felony, and the penalties shall be imposed
as provided in section six of this act.
