Chap. 245.—An ACT Allowing Further Time to the Owners of Lots in the
Town of Columbia, in the County of Fluvanna, to Build on and Improve
the same.
Approved March 29, 1871.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the further
time of thirty years (to be computed from the expiration of
the time heretofore prescribed by Jaw) shall be and is hereby
allowed to the owners of lots in the town of Columbia, in the
county of Fluvanna, to build on and improve the same; hereby
remitting all forfeitures and penalties which may have accrued
under the act of assembly for establishing the said town, or
under any amended act in relation to the same.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
