Chap. 372.—An ACT to authorize and empower the board of visitors of the
Virginia School for the Deaf and Blind to sell and convey certain land be-
longing to said school. [S B 108]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
board of visitors of the Virginia School for the Deaf and Blind be,
and they are hereby, authorized and empowered to sell and convey,
to the Traprock Quarry Company such a part not exceeding ten acres,
ot the tract of ninety acres of grazing land owned by the said school
and Iving east of the Baltimore and Ohio railroad, in the county of
Augusta, as the said board may determine and select, for such price as
they may deem fair and reasonable, and cause the same to be con-
veyed to the purchaser by deed executed by the president of the board
of visitors of the said school, upon the payment to him of the purchase
money.
