1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
rms of court in the twenty-third judicial circuit of this State shall
ommence, as 1s hereinafter set forth:

_ Washington county: fourth Monday in January, March, May,
eptember and November.

| Smyth county; fourth Monday in February, April, August and
ctober.
