Chap. 3.—An ACT to repeal an act entitled an act to authorize the board of
supervisors of the county of Culpeper to employ a superintendent of roads
for the districts of Catalpa, Cedar Mountain, Jefferson and Stevensburg, in
said county; to prescribe the powers and duties of such superintendent and to
authorize the levy of a tax in said districts to pay the expenses incident to
the employment of such superintendent. {H B 9]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an
act entitled an act to authorize the board of supervisors of the
county of Culpeper to employ a superintendent of roads for the dis-
tricts of Catalpa, Cedar Mountain, Jefferson and Stevensburg, in
said county; to prescribe the powers and duties of such superin-
tendent, and to authorize the levy of a tax in said districts to pay
the expenses incident to the employment of such superintendent,
approved March third, nineteen hundred and twenty-four, be, and
the same is hereby repealed.

2. An emergency existing, this act shall be in force from its
passage.
