1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That it
shall be unlawful for any person to display upon any motor vehicles,
the insignia or emblem of any motor vehicle club or similar or-
ganization of this State, unless such person, under the constitution,
by-laws. rules and regulations of such club or organization, shall
he entitled to use the same.
2. Any person violating the provisions of this act shall be deem-
ed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be
punished by a fine not to exceed fifty dollars.
