1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That it shall be
unlawful for any person to take, catch or destroy any fish in the waters
of Lake Tecumseh and Red Wing Lake, in Princess Anne county, with
any haul or gill net or other device save and except hook and line,
fykes and eel pots.
2. Any person violating any of the provisions of this act shall be
punished by a fine of not less than five dollars nor more than twenty-
five dollars, or confinement in jail for not less than ten days nor more
an thirty days, or both, in the discretion of the justice or jury trying
the case.
3. All acts or parts of acts in conflict with the provisions of this act
are hereby repealed.
