Appomattox, Buckingham, Charlotte, Cumberland and Prince Edward to
make appropriations for the expenses of the judge of the fifth judicial cir-

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
boards of supervisors of the counties of Appomattox, Buckingham,
Charlotte, Cumberland and Prince Edward be, and they are hereby,
severally authorized and empowered in their discretion to appropriate
annually a sum of money not exceeding three hundred dollars each per
year, for the expenses of the judge of the fifth judicial circuit.
2. An emergency existing this act shall be in force from its passage.
