Chap. 129.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 12 of an act entitled an
act to provide for working, building and keeping in repair the public roads
and bridges in Grayson county, approved March 6, 1900, as last amended by
chapter 229 of the acts of the general assembly of 1924, page 345. [H B 158]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section
twelve of an act entitled an act to provide for working, building and
keeping in repair the public roads and bridges in Grayson county, ap-
proved March sixth, nineteen hundred, as last amended by chapter
two hundred and twenty-nine of the acts of the general assembly of
nineteen hundred and twenty-four, page three hundred and forty-five,
be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
Section 12. Each supervisor shall go over and personally inspect
the roads of his district and shall keep them in good condition and
repair, for which services the said supervisor shall receive the sum
of four dollars per day; provided, however, he shall not be paid for
more than eighty days in any one year for service under this act, and
the clerk of the board of supervisors shall not receive for his services
less than forty nor more than cighty dollars for any one year.
