Chap. 215.—An ACT Declaring Smith’s River a Lawful Fence in the County
of Henry.

Approved March 28, 1871.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That Smith’s river,
from Basdel’s ford in the county of Henry, down the same as
it meanders to the North Carolina line, be and the same is
hereby declared a lawful fence.

2. This act shall be in force from and after the first of July
next.
