Resolved by the senate, (the house of delegates concurring),
That the governor be requested to return to the senate, senate
bill number two hundred and eighty-three, entitled an act to
authorize the Orange, Alexandria and Manassas railroad com-
pany to consolidate and provide for the payment of its mort-
gage debt.
