Chap. 153.—An ACT Declaring the Rapidan River, from Liberty Mills to
Booton’s Water Rack, a Lawful Fence.
Approved March 20, 1871.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the Rapidan
river, beginning at Liberty mills on said river and extending
to a point known as Booton’s water rack, be and the same is
hereby declared a lawful fence.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
