Chap. 12.—An ACT to Amend and Re-enact Sections 8 and 10 of Chapter
175 of the Code of 1860 in Regard to Fiduciaries.

1, Be it enacted by the general assembly, That sections
eight and ten of chapter one hundred and seventy-five of the
Code of eighteen hundred and sixty, be amended and re-
enacted so as to read as follows:
“§ 8. A commissioner may adjourn his proceedings from
time to time, after the day to which notice was given, without
any new notice, until his report is completed; and when it is
completed, it may be filed in’ the clerk’s office at any time
thereafter.”
“§ 10. A cause may be heard upon a commissioner’s report
after it shall have been returned ten days; and if the report
be under an order recommitting a former report, the cause
may be heard without waiting the said ten days.”
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
