Chap. 103.—An ACT to Amend Section 5 of an Act to Amend an Act to
Incorporate the Alexandria Insurance Company, of Alexandria, Virginia,
Approved November 10, 1870. ,

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That section five
of an act to amend an act to incorporate the Alexandria insu-
rance company, of Alexandria, Virginia, approved November
tenth, eighteen hundred and seventy, be amended and re-en-
acted so as to read as follows:

Ҥ 5. Beit further enacted, That the stockholders who shall
pay the whole amount of their subscription shall be entitled to
eight per centum per annum on twenty dollars of each share,
until it be necessary, as hereinafter provided, to call for the
residue, or any part thereof, secured by the bonds of the stock-
holders.”

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
