Chap. 10.—An ACT to Amend and Re.enact Section 21 and to Repeal Sec-
tion 20 of Chapter 1382 of the Code of 1860, in Regard to Reports of
Commissioners in Chancery.

Approved December 22, 1870.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the twenty-
first section of chapter one hundred and thirty-two of the
Code of eighteen hundred and sixty, be amended and re-
enacted so as to read as follows: .

Ҥ 21. The commissioner shall file the report in the office of
the court by which he is appointed as soon as practicable after
its completion, and shall, with his report, return such of the
vouchers or evidence before him as any person interested may
desire him to return, or as he may deem proper.”

2. The twentieth section of the said chapter is hereby re-
pealed.
