Chap. 73.—An ACT to amend and re-enact chapter 183 of the acts of assembly
of 1928, entitled an act for the protection of crabs in Moore’s creek in the
county of Middlesex, approved March 14, 1928. [H B 35]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That it
shall be unlawful for any person to use any trot line for catching
crabs in Moore’s creek, Jackson or Broad creeks, in the county of
Middlesex.
2. Any person violating the provisions of this act shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined
not less than five dollars, nor more than twenty-five dollars for each
violation thereof.
