1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That State
highway route fifteen (United States route one hundred and twenty-
one) shall be designated as follows: North Carolina line, Hillsville to
State route ten—approximately eight miles east of Wytheville.

2. As the location of this route, in the judgment of the general
assembly, constitutes an emergency, this act shall be in force from its
passage.
