1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That, at
board of supervisors of Dickenson county, Virginia, be, and it is
hereby, authorized and empowered to convey by proper deed all its
title and interest in the Dickenson County Memorial and Industrial
High School building, and the grounds and appurtenances theretc
belonging to the county school board of Dickenson county, Virginia
