1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
comptroller be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to issue a war-
rant upon the treasurer of Virginia, in favor of Williams and
McKeithan Lumber Company of Virginia, Incorporated, of Lynchburg,
Virginia, for three thousand and forty-three dollars and nine cents,
income tax improperly paid to the State, for the years nineteen hun-
dred and twenty-six and nineteen hundred and twenty-seven, to be
paid out of the State treasury from money not otherwise appropriated.
