1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That chapter
two hundred and forty-two of the acts of assembly of eighteen hundred
and seventy-eight entitled ‘““An act to constitute the town of Warrenton
and surrounding territory a separate school district,” approved March
fourteenth, eighteen hundred and seventy-eight, be, and the same is,
hereby repealed.

2. An emergency existing this act shall be in force from its
passage.
