Chap. 367.—An ACT to authorize and empower the board of directors of the
Fastern State Hospital to either grant a perpetual easement over, or sell,
a certain small strip of land adjoining the “Bright lot,” in the city of
Williamsburg, to the Williamsburg Holding Corporation. [H B 288]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
ard of directors of the Eastern State Hospital, at Williamsburg, be,
nd is hereby, authorized and empowered to sell and convey to the
Nilliamsburg Holding Corporation for such consideration and upon
uch terms and conditions as to said board may seem proper, either
he fee simple to, or a perpetual easement or right of way over, a
ertain small strip of land lying in the city of Williamsburg, adjoin-
1g what is known as the “Bright lot,” and described as follows:
Beginning at a stake marking the northwest corner of the “Bright
ot,” in the city of Williamsburg, thence running south sixty-six de-
yrees eighteen minutes fifteen seconds west, twenty-eight and sixty-nine
yne-hundredth feet to a stake; thence south twenty-eight degrees, thir-
een minutes, fifteen seconds east, two hundred and ninety-seven and
sixty-nine one-hundredth feet to a point in the middle of the ditch
narking the western boundary of the “Bright lot’; thence in a north-
rly direction along the ditch marking the western boundary of the
‘Bright lot” two hundred and ninety-six and thirty-one hundredth
feet to the point of beginning. ,
