Chap. 307.—An ACT to enact a new section of the Code of Virginia, to be
known as section 5893-d, relating to the terms of court of the twentieth
judicial circuit. [S B 384]

1, Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That a new
section of the Code of Virginia is hereby enacted to be known as sec-
tion fifty-eight hundred and ninety-three-d, and to read as follows:
Section 5893-d. The times of holding the regular terms of the
circuit courts of the twentieth judicial circuit, in the counties of Roa-
noke, Montgomery and Floyd, shall continue to be as now provided by
law, and in the city of Roanoke the circuit court of said city shall hold
six terms each year, beginning on the twentieth day of January, the
first day of March, the fifteenth day of May, the twentieth day of
July, the fifteenth day of September, and the twentieth day of Decem-
ber in each year.
