Chap. 194.—-An ACT to authorize the boards of supervisors of the counties of
Gloucester and Mathews to appropriate funds for the purpose of contributing
such funds to the Daughters of the American Revolution, to be used for re-
establishing and marking places of historical interest in connection with the
American Revolution. [H B 389]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
boards of supervisors of the counties of Gloucester and Mathews are
hereby authorized and empowered to appropriate out of any monies in
the county treasury, not otherwise appropriated, such sums as they may
deem proper, for the purpose of contributing such sums to the
Daughters of the American Revolution to be used for the purpose of
re-establishing and marking places of historical interest connected with
the American Revolution in such counties.
