Chap. 138.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 2 of chapter 573 of the acts
of 1926, entitled an act to regulate the parking of vehicles in the capitol square,
and to protect the grass therein, approved March 31, 1926. [fH B 100]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section
two of chapter five hundred and seventy-three of the acts of nineteen
hundred and twenty-six be amended and re-enacted so as to read as
follows:
Section 2. Any person parking any vehicle contrary to the pro-
visions of this act shall be subject to a fine of not less than five dollars
nor more than twenty-five dollars for each offense.
