[H B 132]
Approved March 8, 1930

of Mecklenburg, the district road boards in the several districts of said
county heretofore purchased certain real estate to be used for district
road farms and camps; and

dred and twenty-eight, which provided a general road law applicable
in all of the counties of the Commonwealth; and
Whereas, the board of supervisors and the present road authorities
of said county desire to sell and convey the road farms and camps so
purchased by the several districts in said county; now, therefore,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
title to all of the real estate acquired by the district road boards in
the county of Mecklenburg for district road farms and camps shall,
by operation of law, be vested in the board of supervisors of Meck-
lenburg county.

authorized and empowered to sell, for such price as to it may appear
