terial district of Albemarle county, including that in the town of Scotts-
ville to pay interest and sinking fund on bonds of said county issued for

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an-
nually a tax shall be levied on all property liable to county or district
tax in the Scottsville magisterial district, including such property
located or the situs of which for taxation is within the limits of the
incorporated town of Scottsville and in the county of Albemarle to
pay the interest on the Albemarle county bonds issued for permanent
road or bridge improvement in said Scottsville magisterial district
of said county pursuant to chapter twenty-eight, acts of nineteen
hundred and nineteen and chapter four hundred and forty-five, acts
of nineteen hundred and twenty and to create a sinking fund to re-
deem the principal thereof at maturity.

2. By reason of the fact that the annual county and district tax
levies are about to be laid, an emergency is hereby declared to exist
and this act shall be in force from its passage.
