sary to the State Board of Health, to maintain a pavilion at Blue Ridge
Sanatorium for the year ending February 29, 1928, such pavilion to be con-
structed by the Masonic Relief Foundation of V irginia, Incorporated.

1. Beit enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That there
be, and is hereby, appropriated, out of any funds in the State treasury,
not otherwise appropriated, to the State board of health, the sum of
twenty thousand dollars or so much thereof as may be necessary for
the year ending February twenty-ninth, nineteen hundred and twenty-
eight, which appropriation shall be used by the State board of health
to maintain for that year a pavilion at Blue Ridge sanatorium, to be
constructed by the Masonic relief foundation of Virginia, Incorporated.
2. Admittance to the pavilion shall be on recommendation of the
Masonic relief foundation of Virginia, Incorporated, and under regu-
lations prescribed by the State board of health.
