Chap. 54.—An ACT to repeal all special road laws now in force in the county
of Madison, and to bring Madison county within the provisions of the gen-
eral laws of the State concerning roads and highways. (TI B 85]

Approved February 26, 1926.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That all
special road laws now in force in the county of Madison, insofar as
they may apply to the said county, be, and they are hereby repealed,
and the provisions of the general laws concerning roads and highways
shall apply in all respects to the county of Madison.

2. An emergency existing, this act shall be in force from its pas-
