1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That all
funds receivable into the treasury of a county, whether for general
county, road or school purposes, expendable by the constituted auth-
orities of the county, shall be paid to the county treasurer and ex-
pended only_ through his office and upon warrants legally authorized
and issued.
