1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That sec-
tions twenty-four and twenty-six of an act entitled an act to amend
and re-enact an act entitled an act to establish the State highway sys- |
tem, approved January thirty-first, nineteen hundred and eighteen,
and to establish a perpetual memorial to Robert Edward Lee, ap-
proved March twentieth, nineteen hundred and twenty-two, be
amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

Section 24, Point on State highway route five, otherwise called
route thirty-five, about nine miles south of Petersburg, Emporia,
North Carolina line.

Section 26. North Carolina line, Independence, Wytheville,
Bland Courthouse, point near Rocky Gap, West Virginia line.
